we were told we could only order steak and nothing else on the menu because we didn’t make a booking so keep that in mind if you’re planning to visit. Beef steak was great. Salad and soup were also amazing. Can only give the entire experience 3 stars max because service was such a let down. The waitress kinda just shut down on us when we spoke english and I only did that because I was under the impression that they did indeed speak english. Otherwise I could’ve tried harder with my broken japanese. Because of that the usual japanese hospitality just vanished which really sucked for the price we were paying. Would have happily paid the $1000+ for 4 people if the experience lived up to the price but it did not. Went somewhere else the next day for 1/4 of this price for wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better service (and amazing beef) because the staff did not shut down on us even when she didn’t speak any english either.
