I'm a Kobe resident. It's a bit unsettling to think that the beef here is considered Kobe beef. I went with my valued staff members, but our conversation fizzled out. The grand proclamation of Kobe beef seems to be for tourists. The beef tongue was like rubber with no flavor, and the ribs were tough. I wonder if they're using an outlet-style Kobe beef? There are plenty of other delicious butcher shops in Kobe. 神戸住民です。 ここのお肉を神戸牛と思われるとちょっと嫌かな。。 大切な社員と行きましたが、会話が無くなりました。神戸牛と大々的にかかげてるのは、観光客向けですね。 牛タンはゴムのようで味はなく、カルビなどは筋っぽい。アウトレット的な神戸牛を使用してるのかな？ 神戸には他にも美味しいお肉屋さんはたくさんあります。
