Very kind and helpful staff with good atmosphere and great food. We were unsure about grilling the meat ourselves and they were very understanding and helped us grill the meat since it was not busy when we were there. Kitano was very welcoming and able to speak English since our Japanese was limited. The meal was expensive, but definitely worth the price.
