Was there on a Sunday for an early dinner (just after 5 pm) with my girlfriend. It was a small, but very comfortable restaurant, seating 4 or 5 groups of up to 4. When we showed up, without making a reservation, there were three tables open. The service was great. The staff were very helpful in both English and in simple Japanese, as we insisted on working on improving our language skills. When we explained this was our first time at a yakiniku place in Japan, the waitress showed us how to grill our first couple pieces (and she grilled them to absolute perfection) while also making pleasant small talk and suggesting what toppings each cut would go well with. The meat was absolutely delicious. In fact, it was a bit of a shame we went there for our first yakiniku on our two and a half week trip, as nothing could compare after that! The price was a bit on the high side, but coming from Sweden it's still a very reasonable price at between 16 000 to 20 000 yen total for two people (450g of premium beef) and drinks. Unfortunately it's been a few weeks now and I can't remember the actual sum. Still, highly recommended!
