Chanced upon this lovely place and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. From the moment we entered the store, we were being explained patiently and professionally after being ushered to our table, and there wasn't any hard selling of items to order. Unfortunately, we did not manage to get the Gentleman's Name. Our order was clearly explained to us, and the various recommended condiments to accompany different cuts of the meat. Grilling was done very well by Ms. Hikari. A Mr. Akira, who was attending another table, joined in to host us when the other customers left. The staffs were extremely warm and friendly while upholding their professional manner. Will definitely drop by again during our next visit to Kobe if we feel like having Kobe Beef.
